Rates
$100 per 50-minute individual session. There is a flat fee for couples counseling of $150 per 50 minutes session and a flat fee for family counseling of $120 per 50 minute session.
Insurance
In an effort to provide quality services to our clients we currently accept the following insurances.
Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care (Optum), Aetna, Humana and Medcost.
If you would like to check your benefits before speaking with us you can contact your insurance provider and as the follow questions.
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Informaiton for sliding scale can be provided upon request.
Payment
Cash and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee for the missed session.
